IT IS WITH REGRET THAT WE NEED TO INFORM YOU THAT DR D'COSTA HAS RESIGNED FROM THE PRACTICE. HE HAS BEEN WITH THE PRACTICE FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND WILL BE REALLY MISSED BY BOTH PATIENTS AND STAFF. WE WISH HIM WELL FOR THE FUTURE.
WE HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REPLACE DR D'COSTA SO WE CURRENTLY ONLY HAVE 4 PARTNERS INSTEAD OF 5 THEREFORE THERE WILL BE FEWER APPOINTMENTS THAN PREVIOUSLY. WE ASK THAT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT, THAT YOU PHONE AND CANCEL IT (EVEN IF IT IS THE SAME DAY) SO THAT WE MAY OFFER THIS TO OTHER PATIENTS.
