Routine and medical emergency appointments are available every day in the morning and in the afternoon. If you need an urgent appointment you will be seen as soon as possible on that day. Please note that appointments are 10 minutes duration and in general can only cover one medical problem.
Telephone advice is available and involves the on-call doctor giving you a ring back. It can be difficult for the receptionist to give you a time for ring back as the on-call doctor may be busy. The GP’s consultation times vary each day. For a detailed surgery times for doctorstimetable click here.
Medical students and nursing students attend the practice from time to time and we hope that you will co-operate with us and help the students to learn about General Practice. However, you will be informed of their presence in advance and if you do not want them to be present at a consultation, your wishes will be respected. This will not affect your treatment in any way.
English is the only language spoken by doctors, nurses and staff. However if necessary we can use the Language Line to interpret for us although please ask the receptionist to book a double appointment if Language Line is required.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
